Q: What sizes do you offer? A: Our products are available in sizes XS to XXL. Please refer to our Size Guide on each product page for exact measurements.

Q: How do I track my order? A: Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can also use our 'Track My Order' page to follow your package.

Q: Can I cancel or change my order after placing it? A: If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we can make changes. Please email us at sales@delacalle.com.au ASAP. Once shipped, changes are no longer possible.

Q: Do you offer gift cards? A: Yes! Digital gift cards are available and delivered instantly by email.

Q: What if I receive the wrong item or a damaged product? A: We’re sorry! Please contact us with a photo of the item and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund right away.

Q: Do you ship internationally? Yes we do and within Australia. Stay tuned as we expand our shipping zones.

Q: Are your clothes unisex? A: Yes! Most of our pieces are designed to be gender-neutral and styled however you feel most confident.

Q: How do I wash my Delacalle clothing? A: For best results, machine wash cold, turn inside out, avoid bleach, and tumble dry low or hang dry. Don't iron directly on printed areas.
