Returns & Eligibility

We offer a 7-day return window from the date you receive your item for faulty, damaged, or incorrect products only.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In their original condition and packaging

  • With all tags attached

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@delacalle.com.au within 7 days of delivery.
Returns must be approved before being sent back.

Approved returns must be sent to the address provided during the return process.
Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.


Print-on-Demand & Custom-Made Products

Each Delacalle item is produced individually once an order is placed

Most Delacalle products are custom-made to order (print-on-demand).

For this reason, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, sizing issues, or personal preference, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

This policy does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.


Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

Where a return is approved due to a fault or error on our part, return shipping costs will be covered by Delacalle.

Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at sales@delacalle.com.au with photos and a description of the issue.

If approved:

  • We will cover return shipping where required

  • We will offer a replacement or refund, depending on availability


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalised products (unless faulty)

  • Items returned without prior approval


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If your return is approved, the fastest way to receive another item is to place a new order separately.


European Union Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In its original packaging

  • With proof of purchase

Custom-made items are excluded from this right unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the transaction.

If more than 15 business days have passed since refund approval, please contact us at info@delacalle.com.au.
